Fees are tailored to the role, level of seniority and scope of the search. Once I understand your requirements, I’ll provide clear details on the fees, what’s included and exactly what you can expect before we begin.

The relationship continues beyond placement. I'll be onsite with a first day gift (exciting!) and then will remain closely connected throughout the transition, supporting all parties and ensuring the communication, expectations and experience remain strong from start to finish. Plus, I love hearing about promotions etc over the years that follow too 🎉
